Mark, Sherry and staff catered our son’s wedding for approx. 140 at Maple Shade Farm in June 2022. We cannot say enough positive things about the quality of the food, the service and the overall experience. From first inquiry to the food tastings to the appetizers and main course – everything was professional and delicious. Wedding guests raved about the filets, salmon, and salads! And on Sunday morning Mark and staff catered a delicious farewell brunch for 90 at another location. Finally, our son and daughter in law were very impressed with the communication and quick follow up from Mark over the year from first contact to the big weekend.
