Mark Salerno catered my daughter’s wedding on 8/22/20 at the beautiful Maple Shade Farm in Delhi , NY. He is an outstanding caterer. He is professional, reliable, wonderful to deal with and a superior chef. Mark and his staff had many challenges to deal with due to numerous restrictions because of Covid. They followed all the guidelines that are necessary to keep everyone safe and made this wedding something so much more than we had envisioned. The food was outstanding. The presentation was spectacular. The service was excellent. The bride and groom as well as all the guests were amazed with the food that was so creatively served from the cocktail hour through to the delicious mac and cheese cones which were beautifully displayed and served as a late night snack. Mark Salerno is a genius! I highly recommend him as a caterer.
