Mark catered our wedding at Maple Shade Farm on June 20th 2022 (120 people), as well as our brunch the next day–and he and his team did a spectacular job. In the months leading up the wedding, Mark and Sheri were a pleasure to work with–responsive, generous with their time, knowledgable, and flexible. We felt in good hands from the start, and this was confirmed on the big day, when everything went off perfectly–appetizers and entrees were delicious, the presentation was impressive, and Mark’s staff were expert and efficient. Mark even went off-menu for us and made a new recipe–lumpia, a Filipino spring roll–which meant a lot to my wife and her family. In short, there was a lot of stress in the months leading up to our wedding–but the one thing we never stressed about or second-guessed was the food, thanks to Mark and Sheri’s expertise and their caring, attentive approach. Would highly recommend them in a heartbeat!
