My husband are I were married August 27, 2022, at Maple Shade Farm in Delhi, NY. Our wedding was just PERFECT. And it was just perfect, because of people like Mark and Sheri Salerno. They were so easy to work with – it was such a pleasure! The communication was fantastic from day one whether email, zoom, text, or phone! It has been 4 weeks since our 100 person wedding, and our guests are STILL talking about how amazing the food tasted! Not only was all of our food perfectly cooked and tasted amazing but the presentation was top notch! For the big day, the Salerno’s had a great staff of servers who were all professionals, with genuine smiles.
Mark & Sheri ensured we too were taken care of. We had our own appetizer stand while we were taking pictures during our cocktail hour. For dinner, we had portions of all of our entrees beautifully plated for us, so that we could enjoy it all. I’m a huge ice cream fan, and Mark & Sheri made a 3 flavor ice cream bar happen, with all sorts of amazing toppings! Our late night snack ~ Mac and cheese waffle cones (some topped with bacon or jalapeños ) were a show stopper! They tasted just as good as they looked.
ALL the food was amazing – but the prime rib entree was just the best. It was garnished with a sprig of fresh rosemary. It was cooked to perfection.
My husband and I have a few close family members with lactose allergies. Mark & Sheri took great care in ensuring they got lactose free meals. There were even arancini balls during cocktail hour that were special made for said guests – the Salerno’s went out of their way to make sure that our guests had the best experience.
I would use Mark Salerno Catering again in an instant and recommend them to all my friends and family.
