Mark provides exceptional care for both the food prepared and the wait staff provided. He has assisted in hosting 120 guests at a 50th anniversary dinner and 220 guests at our grand daughter’s wedding reception. All the details at each event were addressed and cared for. We have recommended him to both family members and business associates. Our next formal occasion Mark will be asked to provide the food and wait staff.
