Mark catered our son’s wedding at Maple Shade Farm on June 12, 2021. He was so helpful with answering any questions we all had, especially after having to wait a year due to Covid. We had a hard time trying to find a place to hold our rehearsal dinner, and Maple Sade Farm offered to hold it there, outside on a beautiful night. Mark Salerno was so gracious to offer to cater this as well as the wedding, even though he had to prepare for the next day’s festivities. He was always available for any last minute questions and suggestions. Mark and his staff went above an beyond. Everything was delicious and all the guests loved his food. I highly recommend Mark Salerno Catering for all your catered events!
