Mark and Sheri Salerno have been part of our family and business events for the last 16 years, including; engagements, weddings, baby showers, countless business breakfasts, lunches, dinners and parties. Their catering staff is outstanding, professional, pleasant and always dressed appropriately. The food is not only displayed beautifully but is amazingly delicious! Mark and Sheri have always gone above and beyond to make sure our events were top notch! 
Communication with them is easy and honest, they always listen first, then work closely with you to develop a budget that will ensure you have the food item of choice or a cost effective replacement that is just as good or in most cases better. They take customer ideas and make them happen, we’ve had paper plate events and those with glassware and china, regardless, the quality of the food and service is always the same, excellent! Mark is very responsive and is always available, just a text away for any questions or concerns. 
Mark Salerno Catering also has service options that meet your needs. We have had prepared food dropped off at our home/office or served by their full staff who provides the prep work, set up, service and clean up (our preferred option for obvious reasons).

Mark and Sheri continue to be part of our families special moments as they will be providing the feast for our daughters 2020 fall wedding! We are looking forward to working with them once again!
