I cannot recommend Mark and Sheri Salerno’s Catering enough! They catered our wedding last week (cocktail hour and reception) and did a truly fantastic job. Mark’s food is incredible- for our menu, we had the herb crusted salmon, vegetarian lasagna, and seasonal grilled chicken with sides of roasted potatoes and vegetables. The quality and taste of their dishes is truly excellent- everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned and we had several people come up to us during and after the wedding with compliments on the food. In addition to their great food, Mark and Sheri’s catering team and level of service is fantastic- we had about 130 people at our wedding and everything went smoothly. Everyone on their team is attentive, professional and sweet. From the beginning of our planning process, Mark and Sheri were an absolute pleasure to work with- they are communicative and professional. Mark and Sheri are genuinely such caring, kind and sweet people, and that truly comes out in their food. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any type of event!!
