We cannot thank Mark Salerno Catering enough for providing the perfect menu and service for our special day. The staff was genuinely caring and efficient, and the food was beyond compare. Mark and Sheri afforded us a personal touch when planning our event and they delivered a spectacular buffet. Mark not only accommodated our guests with special dietary needs, but went above and beyond by creating an entire dish (not just a plate) that everyone enjoyed.
